Returns & Refunds

At Copies America, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are custom-made, please review the following policies carefully:

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• PayPal: For added convenience, payments can be made via PayPal.

Damages and Issues

• Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Resolution: Once notified, we will assess the issue. If approved, we may offer a reprint of the affected items or provide a partial/full refund, depending on the severity.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, we cannot accept returns for items that are free from defects or damages.

Refund Process

• Approval: Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, any applicable shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

• Before Production: Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund.
• Finality: Once payment is received and production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

Note: If you need to update a shipping address after processing, please call us immediately.

Reprints & File Requirements

• Reprints: We do not reprint if files are low resolution or contain errors. Please ensure your submitted files are high quality (minimum 300 dpi) and set up in CMYK if provided in PDF format.
• File Order: Uploaded files are printed in the order received. If a specific order is required, please include that information in the comments. If you're submitting revised files, please contact us right after the upload.

Production & Shipping

• Paper Upgrades: We reserve the right to offer complimentary paper upgrades or switch to a heavier stock as needed. Any additional upgrades due to special paper selections will be communicated accordingly.
• Standard Delivery: Unless you select an alternative service at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the carrier. In the event your order is lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and, upon reimbursement, promptly issue a refund or arrange for a reprint.
• Color Consistency: Our printing process employs standard ink densities to produce visually appealing colors. Please note that the final printed piece may vary slightly from home-printed proofs or on-screen images. Proofs are provided for layout purposes only and do not guarantee exact color matching.

Additional Policies

• File Prep Charge: There is a $7.00 charge per file for preparation, subject to change.
• Pricing Adjustments: Prices are based on a standard 60-65% ink coverage. Excessive coverage may incur additional charges.
• Order Specifics: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once printed.
• Credit Card Billing: Your credit card statement will show "Copies America" for all transactions.
• Digital Copies & Submissions: Customers are responsible for providing properly formatted files. We are not liable for errors that result from low-resolution images or improperly formatted submissions.
• Indemnification: By submitting files, you confirm that you own the necessary rights and agree to indemnify Copies America against any claims related to copyright or proprietary rights infringements.
• Data Collection: We collect certain information through our web server logs and cookies to administer the site and enhance user experience. You may adjust your browser settings to manage cookie preferences, though some site functionalities may be affected.
