25 sheets per pad is ideal for trade show giveaways and events where you want a lighter, more cost-effective item. 50 sheets is the most popular choice for everyday office use - substantial enough to last several weeks of regular use. 75 and 100 sheets per pad are better for extended desk use, reception areas, and anywhere the pad needs to last longer between replacements.
At minimum, include your logo, business name, phone number, and website. Many businesses also add ruled lines to make writing easier. You can use a colored header area with your brand color, a light watermark logo in the background, or a simple clean design with just your branding at the top and ruled lines below. Keep the main writing area clear and uncluttered so the pad is actually usable.
For a standard branded notepad, the 24/60lb offset matte or 28/70lb offset matte is the most practical - a familiar, comfortable writing weight that works with any pen or pencil. For a premium notepad impression, the 28lb or 32lb Hammermill Semi-Gloss gives noticeably brighter whites and sharper color reproduction, making your branding stand out more while still being comfortable to write on.
Yes. Full color CMYK printing is available on all notepad sizes and paper stocks. Full color is the best choice when your logo uses multiple colors, when you want a branded header background in your brand color, or when you want your notepad to stand out visually. Black and white printing is available for a more economical option when color is not a priority.
