The standard business card size in the United States is 3.5" x 2". This is the size that fits standard cardholders, wallets, and business card holders. We also offer square and custom sizes - contact us for non-standard dimensions.
14pt is the most common and cost-effective choice for standard business cards. 16pt is thicker and more substantial - a good upgrade for a more premium feel. For luxury presentations, our 32pt painted edge cards or 16pt suede cards deliver a noticeably higher-end impression.
Gloss finish gives your card a shiny, reflective surface that makes colors pop and images appear vibrant. Matte finish is non-reflective with a smooth, sophisticated look - easier to write on and preferred for minimalist and professional designs. Suede is a soft-touch matte laminate with a tactile velvety feel.
Submit a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Your file with bleed should be 3.75" x 2.25" (0.125" bleed on all four sides). Keep all text and logos at least 0.125" from the trim edge. Outline all fonts before saving.
Rack cards (4" x 9") are designed to fit standard brochure display racks found in hotels, visitor centers, restaurants, real estate offices, and retail locations. They give you more space than a business card for imagery and messaging while staying compact enough to distribute easily or mail in a standard envelope.
