NCR stands for No Carbon Required. It refers to a type of coated paper that uses a chemical reaction between layers to transfer writing from the top sheet to the sheets below - creating duplicate or triplicate copies without the mess of traditional carbon paper.

Choose pads with a wraparound cover if your team works in the field - on job sites, in vehicles, at customer locations - where a built-in writing surface and bleed-through protection are essential.
2-part forms produce two copies - white (customer) and yellow (your records). 3-part forms produce three copies - white (customer), yellow (field tech or job file), and pink (office or accounting). Choose 2-part for simple customer and business copy workflows. Choose 3-part when a third department also needs its own copy.
Yes. Sequential numbering is available on all NCR form products. Specify your starting number and the position on the form where you want the number to appear, and we will add it during production. This is essential for tracking invoices, work orders, and receipts.
Standard sizes are 5.5" x 8.5" (half-sheet) and 8.5" x 11" (full-sheet). Custom sizes are also available for businesses with specific form dimensions. Contact us with your requirements and we will confirm pricing and production time.
Submit a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK or black ink. Include all form fields, lines, boxes, logos, and text. Add 0.125" bleed if your design goes to the edge. Keep all text at least 0.125" from trim edges. Outline all fonts before saving. Note your sequential numbering start number and position in your order comments.
