8.5" x 11" is the most widely used flyer size - it is the standard sheet size that most people are familiar with and expect. The 5.5" x 8.5" half-sheet is the most popular for high-volume handout campaigns because it gives you two flyers per full sheet and is easier for people to pocket and carry.
Choose uncoated (our Quick Flyers or Color/B&W Flyers) for high-volume distribution where cost is the priority - event handouts, door hangers, community flyers. Choose coated stock (our Flat Flyers and Brochures) when the quality of the piece itself matters - restaurant menus, real estate sheets, sales leave-behinds, and anything presented to clients or customers who will judge quality on sight.
Submit a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Add 0.125" bleed on all four sides beyond your finished size. Keep all text and logos at least 0.125" from the trim edge. For an 8.5" x 11" flyer, your file with bleed should be 8.75" x 11.25". Outline all fonts before saving.
Yes. All three flyer products offer single-sided (front only) and double-sided printing. Double-sided printing lets you use the back for additional information, a QR code, a coupon, or a map - essentially doubling your content space for a small incremental cost.
