We offer four sizes to cover every professional correspondence need. Standard Letter (8.5" x 11") is the most common size and fits standard filing systems and envelopes. Legal (8.5" x 14") is used by law firms and government agencies for contracts and formal documents that require additional length. Half Letter / Monarch (5.5" x 8.5") is ideal for personal notes, short correspondence, and executive stationery. Executive (7.25" x 10.5") is a classic size traditionally associated with senior-level business correspondence. All four sizes are printed on the same 24lb linen uncoated stock with the same quality and turnaround time.
We offer four folding options for linen letterheads. No Fold ships your letterheads flat - the right choice if you plan to print on them in your office before folding, or if you are storing them unfolded. Bi-Fold folds the sheet in half, creating two panels - commonly used for short correspondence that fits a standard A2 or A6 envelope. Tri-Fold (also called Letter Fold) folds the sheet into thirds, creating six panels - the standard fold for inserting into a #10 business envelope. Z-Fold creates an accordion-style fold also with six panels, used when both sides of all panels need to be accessible without fully unfolding the sheet. If you plan to run your letterheads through an office printer after delivery, always choose No Fold - folded sheets can cause printer feed issues.
Yes. We offer blank (unprinted) envelopes as an add-on to your letterhead order so you receive a complete mailing package in one shipment. The #10 Regular Envelope (4.125" x 9.5") is the standard business envelope that accepts a tri-folded standard letter - the most commonly ordered option. The #10 Window Envelope (4.125" x 9.5") has a clear address window so the recipient address printed on your letter shows through, eliminating the need to address envelopes separately. The A9 Remittance Envelope is suited for folded half-letter sheets and return mail enclosures. All blank envelopes are unprinted - if you need printed envelopes with your logo or return address, ask us about our 1-color envelope printing service.
Blank second sheets are unprinted pages used for the continuation pages of multi-page letters. Your printed letterhead carries your full branding on page one, but page two and beyond should be on a matching unprinted sheet - not plain copy paper - to maintain a consistent, professional look throughout the document. We offer two second sheet options. The 24lb Linen Bond matches the texture and weight of your letterhead exactly, so the entire document feels cohesive when a recipient handles it. The 24lb Smooth Bond is a plain white unprinted sheet at the same weight, offering a clean contrast if you prefer the textured first page to stand out. Second sheets are particularly important for law firms, financial advisors, and executives whose letters regularly run to two or more pages.
Digital offset printing uses four-color CMYK process to reproduce your full logo, brand colors, gradients, and any imagery with high accuracy. It is the right choice for most businesses whose branding includes multiple colors or a logo that requires precise color matching across cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink layers. 1-Color offset printing uses a single ink - either black or a specific Pantone (PMS) color - applied directly to the linen stock. This method produces exceptionally clean, sharp results for single-color logos and is the traditional choice for law firms, financial institutions, and professional service firms that want a classic, authoritative look. 1-color is also more economical at higher quantities. If your logo is a single color or you want to print in one specific Pantone shade, 1-color offset will give you sharper and more consistent results than digital at scale.
