Order Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed and payment has been received it cannot be cancelled.

 Returns: We will not accept returns because this was a custom order and we cannot reuse your product.

Reprints-
We WILL NOT reprint low resolution and/or bad files or any error on the customer files.

Warning-
Low-resolution images don't print well! Images taken off the Internet, particularly 72dpi jpegs looked jagged and fuzzy when printed. To avoid this we recommend that your images be at least 300dpi (dots per inch).

Time Guarantee-Unitech is not liable for any orders that do not arrive on a customer timeline. It is up to you to choose the shipping method that best meets your time line. Unitech will not be liable or be held responsible if a customer timeline is not met. We will not refund any order that does not meet a customer's deadline.

Unitech is not responsible for any UPS shipping delays and is not required to provide any refund due to shipping delays. Unless other wise agreed UPS does not deliver on the weekend.

Our Standard delivery is UPS Ground - Your order will be sent via UPS standard Ground Service . A chart of delivery time for UPS is on our web site. You can view our estimated Ground shipping page to estimate the arrival time of UPS Ground Shipping.  Unless you pick some other type of service at time of placing your order  we will ship your order ups ground . We may also use other carriers for delivery at our discretion. We can not be held responsible if the delivery is not made by the carrier according to there time chart. There will be no refunds or adjustments if the carrier delays or looses the order. A claim will be filed only for a loss and when the payment is reimbursed to unitech we will refund your payment or re-do the order.

At Unitech part of the way we offer fast turnaround and low pricing is by printing to a pleasing color standard using standard ink densities. There is NO guarantee that your finished piece will look exactly like your printed sample from your home Ink Jet or Laser Printer or  from a proof we may supply. The Proof is only for layout NOT colors. Even from one commercial printing and copying firm to another, or from one copy machine to another there can be significant differences in colors and results. We will do everything possible to make sure that your printed material will be of the highest quality. There is a $7.00 file prep charge per file. This price is subject to change.  Prices are based on a Normal ratio with the number of copies to the number of sets. Prices are based on a normal file size. If ant of these items are not normal we have the right to charge extra.   Prices are based on a industry standard of 60% ink coverage. If the coverage is more we have the right to increase the price.. Digital printing one of the facades is that the paper can "bounce " in production and due to that fact in cutting there may be some "bounce in the cuts. We do Not recommend running any of our digital printed products through a laser printer. A file is printed to the standard size of 8.5x11 fit to page. If the page size is larger or smaller we will will fit it  to 8.5x11. Our standard production is that a file will NOT bleed to the edge, you will have at least  1/6 of a inch white edge all around.

Customer Disks & Supplied Digital Information-All prices and quotes provided by assume the customer
provides properly prepared files following Unitech guidelines. The customer accepts all responsibility for supplied files that fail to output properly, contains errors or provide an unacceptable result. Unitech will make every effort to
discover problems in the disk pre-flight stage but accepts no responsibilities for errors not deleted. Unitech strives to provide the best quality possible but sometimes there are uncontrollable copy machine marks. These include drum marks, random dots, and even sometimes lines. Folding of documents can not always be exact due to the different types of paper and the the way the image is on the paper. There can be a slight overlap of a fold depending on the paper type used. Another warning that Low-resolution images don't print well! Internet images most often will look jagged and blurry. To avoid this we recommend that your images be 300dpi (dots per inch).

Indemnification-The customer affirms ownership of publication rights to all artwork, photos and other material submitted for printing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unitech from any and all lost, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, action and proceeding that may be
instituted against Unitech on grounds that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of
any person, or that it contains any material that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any persons right to privacy or other personal right. The customer agrees to, at the customer's own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of such claim, demand, action or proceeding, that may be brought against Unitech provide that Unitech shall notify the customer with respect thereto. Our policy for returns is that there is a no returns policy due that this is a custom made  job

We reserve the right to refuse to any customer. Prices may vary without notice. This terms and policy agreement applies to Unitech orders. The issuer of the credit card or any other payment method or the person or company identified  ordering this project is authorized to pay the amount of the quote that was given to you. The final price is subject to the final count of the number of pages and the number of sets made. The shipping charges are only an estimate if there is any additional charges it will be charged to your credit card. Any customer that resides or conducts business in New York State is subject to New York Sales tax. Unitech Copy Inc. is Incorporated in the State of New York  and abodes by all it's regulations and laws. Prices are based on a industry  standard of 65% ink coverage. If the coverage is more then that there would be an additional charge.
