2-Part NCR Form Pads combine the duplicate carbonless copy capability of 2-part NCR forms with the convenience and protection of a pad format. Each pad contains 25 or 50 two-part sets bound together with a chipboard wraparound cover that prevents writing pressure from bleeding through to forms below each set. The white top copy goes to the customer; the yellow bottom copy stays with you.
The pad is the most practical format for field service workers, sales representatives, delivery drivers, and anyone who needs to complete forms on the go. No desk or clipboard required - the chipboard cover gives you a firm, stable writing surface anywhere you work. Sets tear away cleanly after completion, and the remaining pad keeps your unused forms organized and protected.

The heavy chipboard cover wraps around the front and slides between each set as you write, preventing pen pressure from creating unwanted impressions on forms further down in the pad.
The cover acts as a clipboard everywhere you go. Complete forms on a truck dashboard, customer's doorstep, or job site without needing a separate flat surface.
Each 2-part set tears away cleanly from the pad after signing. The remaining forms stay bound, organized, and protected inside the cover until the next job.
