Set your document canvas to 3.75" x 2.25" to include 0.125" bleed on all four sides of the standard 3.5" x 2" finished trim size. Keep all text, logos, phone numbers, and email addresses at least 0.125" from all trim edges as a safe zone - content placed too close to the edge may be cut off during trimming. Use CMYK color mode and export at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Submit as a PDF with Page 1 as the front of the card and Page 2 as the back if printing both sides.
