4mm coroplast signs are our most durable outdoor sign option - lightweight corrugated plastic that shrugs off rain, wind, and sun without warping or fading. Printed full color and cut to your exact size, they're the standard choice for real estate listings, political campaigns, construction sites, and directional signage at outdoor events.
Choose horizontal or vertical flute direction depending on how the sign will be mounted, then finish with H-stakes for a freestanding yard sign or grommets for hanging on a fence or existing frame. Print one side or both, depending on whether the sign needs to be read from a single direction or from both sides of traffic.

Choose the finishing that matches how and where your sign will be installed.
The sign is cut to a custom shape following your artwork outline and paired with a wire H-stake for freestanding yard display.
A standard rectangular sign finished with both an H-stake for ground mounting and grommets for hanging on a fence or frame.
Coroplast is made of parallel fluted channels running through the board - the direction of those flutes affects how the sign should be mounted.
Flutes run left to right. Best for signs that will be mounted on a horizontal H-stake or displayed wider than they are tall, since the flutes provide rigidity across the width.
Flutes run top to bottom. Best for standard yard signs mounted on a vertical H-stake, since the flutes align with the stake for maximum rigidity and wind resistance.
For sale, open house, and directional signs staked at the curb and along the route to a property.
Durable yard signs printed in bulk for candidate and issue campaigns, built to last through an entire election season.
Site identification, safety notices, and contractor signage that stands up to outdoor conditions for the length of a project.
Parking, wayfinding, and sponsor signs placed outdoors at races, festivals, and community events.

Coroplast is a corrugated plastic sheet material made of two flat plastic layers separated by a fluted core, similar in structure to cardboard but fully waterproof. It is lightweight, rigid, and resistant to rain, UV fading, and temperature swings, making it the standard material for yard signs and other short-to-medium term outdoor signage.
Contour Cut & H-Stakes cuts the sign to a custom shape that follows your artwork outline - useful for logo-shaped or die-cut signs - and includes a wire H-stake for ground mounting. H-Stakes & Grommets keeps a standard rectangular shape and adds grommets in addition to the H-stake, giving you the option to either stake the sign in the ground or hang it from a fence or existing frame.
Vertical flute is the standard choice for yard signs mounted on a vertical H-stake, since the flutes run parallel to the stake for maximum rigidity. Horizontal flute is better suited to signs mounted wider than tall or attached to a horizontal support, since the flutes provide strength across the width instead.
4mm coroplast signs typically hold up for several months to a year or more of continuous outdoor exposure, depending on climate and sun exposure. They are best suited to campaigns, listings, and projects with a defined timeframe rather than permanent installations.
Yes. Select Full Color Both Sides when configuring your order. Double-sided printing is recommended for signs viewed from two directions, such as yard signs near a two-way street or directional signs placed along a path.
