13oz vinyl is our most economical option, well suited to short-term indoor and outdoor use. 15oz vinyl is our most popular weight and holds up outdoors for weeks or months. 18oz vinyl is our heaviest and most durable option, recommended for long-term outdoor installations or very large banners that need extra rigidity.
Mesh banner material has small perforations that let wind pass through the banner instead of catching it like a sail. Use mesh for fence wraps, building scaffolding, and any outdoor installation in a high-wind area where a solid vinyl banner could tear or pull down its mounting points.
Grommets are needed any time you plan to hang the banner with rope, zip ties, bungee cords, or similar hardware. If your banner will be mounted flat with adhesive or tape, or displayed in a banner stand that clamps the edges, you may not need grommets.
Hemming folds and heat-seals the raw edge of the banner material, which both looks cleaner and reinforces the material against tearing, especially around grommet holes. We recommend hemming on any banner that includes grommets or will be handled and installed repeatedly.
Yes. Select Full Color Both Sides when configuring your order. Double-sided banners are useful for flags, hanging displays viewed from both directions, and any installation where the back of the banner will also be visible.
Banners can be printed up to 192" x 500" on either dimension (roughly 16 ft by 41.67 ft). For projects larger than that, panels can be seamed together - contact our team to discuss oversized installations.
