2-Part NCR forms create an instant duplicate copy every time you write on the top sheet - no carbon paper, no photocopying, no extra steps. The top white sheet and the bottom yellow sheet are bound together as a set. When you write or type on the white sheet, the pressure transfers the information to the yellow copy beneath it simultaneously, giving you two identical copies of every transaction.

When pen pressure breaks the capsules, the dye reacts with the clay coating on the front of the yellow bottom sheet to create a clean, permanent duplicate copy. Sequential numbering is available and can be placed anywhere on the form. Specify your starting number and exact position when ordering. Loose sets are collated and glued at the top edge and are best for desk and counter use where a stable writing surface is always available. Pads with a chipboard wraparound cover bind the sets in groups of 25 or 50 and include a protective cover that slides between sets as you write, preventing pressure from bleeding through to the forms below and providing a built-in writing surface. If your team completes forms in the field - on job sites, at customer locations, in vehicles, or anywhere without a clipboard or desk - the padded wraparound cover format is strongly recommended.
