It is the part that takes the most wear at outdoor events, and a bent leg or cracked joint can take an otherwise good tent out of service. Replacing just the frame gets you back in business without paying for a new canopy you do not need.

The frame is available in 10' x 10', 10' x 15', and 10' x 20'. The 10' x 10' is the most common size for vendor booths at farmers markets, craft fairs, and community events. The 10' x 15' and 10' x 20' sizes give you more room for larger displays, sponsor areas, or team setups. Always order the same size as the canopy top you plan to use on the frame.
The 10' x 10' and 10' x 15' frames stand on 4 legs, one at each corner. The 10' x 20' frame stands on 6 legs - four corners plus two in the middle of the long sides - to support the longer span. This matters when you order tent weights: choose the 4 pc sandbag set for 10' x 10' and 10' x 15' frames, and the 6 pc set for the 10' x 20'.
For any outdoor event, yes. Pop-up tents are lightweight by design, and wind can lift an unweighted tent quickly. Sandbags wrap around each leg to keep the frame planted on pavement, grass, or any surface where stakes are not practical. Many markets, fairs, and festivals require weights on every leg before you can open, so we recommend ordering a sandbag set with your frame.
No. The Event Tent Frame is an unprinted product, so there is no file to prepare, no proof to approve, and no upload step. Just choose your size, quantity, and shipping method and add it to your cart. If you are also ordering printed banners or signs for your booth, artwork is only needed for those items.

The most common add-ons are a sandbag set to weigh down each leg, a Tent Carrying Bag w/ Wheels to store and move the frame, and a 10ft Mesh Sidewall Kit to close off the back or side of a 10' x 10' booth. Flag Holder Hardware and Half Wall Hardware clamp onto the tent legs to add a flag or a counter-height half wall. Ordering everything together means your full setup arrives at the same time.
It may, but canopy tops are not fully standardized. Two tents sold as 10' x 10' can differ slightly in corner design, roof peak height, and how the top attaches to the frame. Before you order, measure your existing canopy top and note how it connects at the corners and along the edges. Then call us with those details and we will help you check whether our frame is a good match, so you do not end up with parts that do not fit together.
A pop-up frame opens and folds in one piece, so there are no loose poles to sort through. With two people, stand at opposite sides, pull the frame partly open, place the canopy top over it, then finish opening the frame and raise each leg to the height you want. Add a sandbag to every leg before the event starts. To take it down, lower the legs, fold the frame back together from opposite sides, and store it in a carry bag to protect it between events.
